Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in a digital marketing role (agency or in-house).
- Proven success in SEO and Paid Media campaign strategy and execution.
- Expertise in graphic design using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Express, and Canva.
- Ability to create high-quality design assets such as social tiles and technical diagrams.
- Advanced HubSpot proficiency for setup, management, and email nurtures.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience creating dashboards in GA4 and Looker Studio.
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Video editing experience (Riverside FM, CapCut, or Premiere Pro) is nice-to-have.
- Must be based in the Philippines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategy for traditional SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
- Design visual assets including webpages, brochures, whitepapers, and marketing materials using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Express, and Canva.
- Format and polish complex documents such as tender documents and formal reports.
- Manage HubSpot setup, including email nurtures, tracking, and dashboard configuration.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, and Looker Studio.
- Build actionable dashboards to track success and surface campaign insights.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance audits.
- Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives.
