Requirements
- Degree or professional certification in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Relevant experience managing OHS across multiple countries, particularly across Europe.
- Proven experience identifying, onboarding, coordinating, or managing vendors and external partners.
- Experience managing OHS matters across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong analytical and project management skills with process optimization experience.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for distributed team collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership with minimal supervision.
- Growth-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute occupational health and safety solutions across multiple jurisdictions.
- Act as an internal point of contact for OHS questions and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Identify, onboard, contract, and manage OHS vendors, training partners, and health centers.
- Monitor vendor performance through structured assessments to ensure quality service.
- Coordinate health assessments, safety training, and OHS-related activities for employees.
- Lead and coordinate internal country-level OHS audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Identify opportunities to improve OHS practices and design new processes.
- Partner with People and Legal teams to develop and implement OHS policies.
