Requirements
- 5+ years of community development, project management, growth, operations, or product consulting experience.
- Proven track record of community-led projects that have driven business impact.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of French culture, including current events, politics, customs, traditions, and topics of interest.
- Nuanced comprehension of the French digital landscape and internet culture.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Succinct and persuasive communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Results-obsessed mindset with high attention to detail.
- Experience developing and driving projects, framing issues, testing hypotheses, and iterating on process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of the market to identify user and local moderator challenges, and market opportunities.
- Iterate, innovate, and scale the consumer growth playbook by recognizing new opportunities and suggesting bold ideas.
- Build strategic plans to cultivate, recruit, educate, and grow a local community of moderators.
- Implement a conversion funnel designed to onboard power users and external creators.
- Communicate quantitative and qualitative insights to optimize the international consumer growth playbook.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, set KPIs, and execute impactful community initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Community, Engineering, Marketing, Safety, and BD teams.
