Requirements
- Occupational Health and Safety certification or degree.
- Experience covering multiple countries across Europe.
- Experience scouting, onboarding, and managing vendors and partners.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Ability to map and implement new processes.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and communicate proactively.
- Growth and problem-solving mindset with the ability to shift priorities effectively.
- Experience with AI tools and capabilities as part of the role.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute Occupational Health and Safety solutions across multiple jurisdictions.
- Identify, engage, and manage OHS vendor partnerships, training partners, and health centers.
- Monitor vendor performance through comprehensive assessments and consistent feedback.
- Lead employee engagement for health assessments and safety training.
- Coordinate and execute internal OHS audits to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and improve OHS procedures and practices, and launch new processes from scratch.
- Partner with People and Legal teams to draft and develop new Health and Safety policies.
- Serve as an internal point of contact for OHS questions and provide guidance to junior team members.
