Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing technical teams, with a focus on performance management.
- Experience leading customer-facing technical teams in fast-paced or customer-escalation environments.
- Strong knowledge of LLM architectures and fine-tuning approaches such as SFT, LoRA, and RL-based methods.
- Deep understanding of inference internals including quantization, KV-cache management, batching, routing, and speculative decoding.
- Proficiency with ML frameworks including vLLM, SGLang, and TensorRT-LLM.
- Strong Python programming skills suitable for code review and technical troubleshooting.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including enterprise executives.
- Proven experience with operational work, including process design, technical documentation, and performance reporting.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity across distributed teams and timezones.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 8 Solutions Architects, including 1:1s, goal setting, performance reviews, and career development.
- Allocate customer engagements based on individual team member strengths, gaps, and technical interests.
- Ensure technical delivery outcomes including PoC execution, optimized endpoint deployment, and customer success criteria.
- Review technical work such as benchmarking methodology, serving configurations, and closure documentation before client delivery.
- Maintain team documentation, runbooks, and engagement templates to ensure predictable and scalable operations.
- Define and report metrics to track delivery speed and reliability over time.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to translate customer pain points into platform roadmap items.
