Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience building and running production systems.
- Strong AI/ML foundations with ability to reason about model failure modes.
- Proven experience designing and shipping production LLM applications and agentic workflows.
- Hands-on expertise with agentic orchestration, multi-step workflows, and state management.
- Proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
- Extensive experience building and optimizing production RAG systems.
- Deep production experience with AWS services like Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, S3, and SQS.
- Experience with cloud-native delivery, including containers, Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrable experience creating evaluation suites and monitoring drift in non-deterministic systems.
- B2+ English proficiency for collaboration in multicultural, distributed teams.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical outcomes to both engineering and C-suite stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client workflows from the inside to redesign business functions from first principles.
- Build and deploy production-grade GenAI, agentic AI, and RAG systems on AWS.
- Develop evaluation harnesses for non-deterministic systems to drive design and quality.
- Lead architecture reviews and produce technical design documentation.
- Own the technical direction of client engagements and align engineering output with business KPIs.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to internal AI delivery standards and blueprints.
- Manage technical project scoping, including delivery plans, risk assessments, and cost/latency modeling.
