Requirements

- Strong background in payments, FinTech, or related financial services.
- Proven capability to lead product streams end-to-end with ownership of product details and priorities.
- Technical proficiency, ideally with experience coding or working closely with engineering teams.
- Experience managing supplier contracts, pricing agreements, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent customer collaboration skills with enterprise clients.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to guide decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, complex environment and make independent, rapid decisions.
Responsibilities
- Shape and execute product vision in the payments space.
- Manage multiple product streams related to payments, finance, and loyalty.
- Lead product streams end-to-end with full ownership of product details and priorities.
- Manage supplier contracts and pricing agreements.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, customer success, and commercial teams.
- Work closely with enterprise clients to translate needs into product improvements.
- Use data and analytics to guide product decisions and improve performance.
