Requirements
- Senior-level experience as a Product Manager with a focus on reporting, analytics, data platforms, or workflow products.
- Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code and prototypes.
- Strong data literacy across models, schemas, and lineage with ability to handle complex data joins and aggregations.
- Proficiency in SQL for data validation and investigating discrepancies.
- Deep empathy for customer day-to-day workflows and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong UX sensibilities for creating simple and trustworthy reporting experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with HR Tech, payroll, finance, compliance, or B2B SaaS is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define the vision and roadmap for a multi-surface reporting system including dashboards, API connectors, and AI-agent experiences.
- Build empathy for diverse personas, including payroll, finance, and HR stakeholders, to translate complex requirements into product priorities.
- Own payroll-grade reporting foundations, including standard reports, journal exports, variance reporting, and reconciliation.
- Develop intelligent insights by integrating AI for anomaly detection and proactive recommendations.
- Partner with Engineering, Data, Design, Legal, and Security teams to deliver technically sound and compliant reporting solutions.
- Establish and track KPIs for adoption, engagement, and report accuracy to drive continuous product improvement.
