Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial audit
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles
- Experience working in a multi-entity environment with foreign operations
- Familiarity with intercompany accounting and transfer pricing policies
- Experience with GAAP consolidations, foreign currency translations, and financial statement preparation
- Working knowledge of multi-state payroll tax registration, filing, and notice resolution
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Hands-on experience with a mid-market ERP system
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration and accounting of Datacor’s foreign entities
- Maintain compliance with local tax and statutory reporting and filing requirements
- Prepare foreign currency translations and support financial consolidation
- Compile and record intercompany costs and revenues per transfer pricing studies
- Coordinate state payroll registrations and manage tax/payroll notice resolution
- Perform month-end close tasks, cash postings, and bank reconciliations
- Manage semi-monthly payroll and accounts payable processes
- Validate commission calculations and prepare related journal entries
- Partner with Finance Operations to troubleshoot contract transaction data
