Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably engineering, information technology, business, economics, or international relations).
- Master's degree is considered an advantage.
- Understanding and/or experience with Python and/or JavaScript programming.
- Proven client-facing experience with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong teamwork skills and a sense of urgency.
- Commitment to going above and beyond for clients.
- Business acumen in private markets, including knowledge of private equity and due diligence processes.
- Understanding of the role of primary research.
Responsibilities
- Leverage Python programming skills for survey design and data analysis tasks.
- Manage 3-5 simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with external vendors.
- Guide clients on optimal survey structure and research objective alignment.
- Oversee live questionnaire development and perform quality assurance on survey logic and functionality.
- Analyze survey data to provide clients with actionable research insights.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide support for urgent account needs.
- Identify patterns and optimize processes based on client feedback to improve service offerings.
