Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in People or HR operations, preferably at a startup or fast-scaling company.
- Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining an HRIS (HiBob experience is a plus).
- Proven ability to build workflows, fields, and automations within an HRIS.
- Experience managing system integrations and resolving data flow issues.
- Proficiency in pulling and analyzing people data for leadership reporting.
- Demonstrated fluency in using AI tools for professional tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a startup environment with shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach to employee support.
Responsibilities
- Own HiBob HRIS and ensure data flows correctly between integrated systems like Gusto, Sequoia, B-Swift, Fidelity, and Remote.
- Build and refine HRIS architecture, automations, and workflows to streamline HR processes.
- Manage the People team's general inbox, triaging inquiries and routing them appropriately.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive people metrics dashboard for leadership and board visibility.
- Execute operational and systems-level logistics for various people-related programs.
