Requirements
- 1–3 years of commission-based or call-center sales experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Competitive, resilient mindset with a proven track record of hitting sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
- Comfortable using computers and CRM systems.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.
- Must be able to use video conferencing for training and meetings.
Responsibilities
- Handle 100–150 inbound and outbound calls per day to prospective customers.
- Identify customer needs and sell vehicle service contracts to protect their investments.
- Master the one-call close by effectively overcoming objections.
- Collaborate with a supportive management team.
- Maintain high visibility and interactivity with management and co-workers via required camera usage.
