Requirements

5+ years of experience working in a health system or primary care practice.
5+ years of provider engagement and/or sales experience.
5+ years of experience selling SaaS.
Strong knowledge of Value Based Care, Risk Adjustment, and Quality.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with group practices and providers.
Experience with sales/network development interfacing with Payers, Practice Managers, and Primary Care Physicians.
Sales/account management experience in technology platforms for enterprise healthcare delivery organizations.
Experience with Salesforce.com CRM (preferred).
Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills with a proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
Ability to travel up to 50% nationally.

Responsibilities

Engage practices ranging from large health systems to local practices through face-to-face and telephone meetings.
Support collaboration with health plan clients to analyze, design, and develop networks.
Recommend provider engagement tactics to improve performance in Vatica Health’s programs.
Maintain service relationships with physicians and administrators within a provider network.
Analyze data to identify opportunities to increase participating physicians and practices.
Collaborate with practices to develop strategies to improve program performance.
Assist with the development of program marketing materials and sales campaigns.
Act as a preceptor in the onboarding and training of other representatives.
Lead provider engagement and support-related projects.
