Requirements
- Proven experience as a salesperson with a self-starting, independent work ethic.
- C2 level proficiency in English.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
- Full driving license.
- Curiosity and a strong desire to learn.
- Previous sales experience in the bedding or furniture sector is a plus.
- Fluency in other EU languages is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Expand the client base and product portfolio using an optimized pricing strategy.
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Report on account development, address pain points, and adjust sales forecasts.
- Identify new business opportunities and prepare contracts.
- Build and sustain client relationships by preparing customized solutions.
- Create and implement promotional plans for each client.
- Visit existing clients and stores to promote products and POS materials.
- Train retail store sales staff.
