Job Details

Degree in psychology, business administration, market research, statistics, or a similar data-related field
At least 3 years of work experience in market research
Highly detail-oriented and enjoy working with data, tools, and structured processes
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel in a fast-paced environment
Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (or similar tools)
Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with different teams
Fluent in English and proficient in German (C2 level, spoken and written)
Hands-on, proactive, and pragmatic mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Affinity for numbers, data, and analytical thinking

Operational implementation and coordination of market research projects, including programming, testing, and monitoring of surveys
Set up questionnaires and fieldwork on the Appinio platform, ensuring accuracy and high data quality
Support the adaptation and testing of questionnaires across different use cases and methods (e.g., U&A, tracking, concept testing, creative testing, MaxDiff, Conjoint)
Monitor survey performance and proactively identify and resolve issues during fieldwork
Collaborate closely with Research Consultants, supporting analysis and reporting where needed
Work cross-functionally with Account Management and Research Consulting to ensure smooth project handovers and execution
Integrate AI across all research steps, collaborating with the Product team to enhance AI capabilities
