Requirements
- Strong Windows and Linux systems administration skills.
- Experience migrating and architecting multi-tier applications to private or public cloud infrastructure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for updates, escalations, and RCAs.
- Ability to communicate architecture visually to customers and internal teams.
- Prior experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure (preferred).
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet (preferred).
- AWS Cloud Solutions Architect Associate/Professional certification (preferred).
- RHEL Certified Engineer, Azure, or Snowflake certifications (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Implement cloud architectures defined by Solutions Architects on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Support customer cloud deployments within a 24x7 operational support system.
- Monitor customer production infrastructure during 24x7 rotational shifts.
- Improve monitoring and alerting through automation tools.
- Prepare and present customer monthly operational reports on schedule.
- Identify and adopt new technologies for team use.
- Use tools like Chef and scripting languages to manage infrastructure reliably.
- Maintain and improve existing enterprise infrastructure.
