Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of total software engineering experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite, SuiteScript 2.x, and JavaScript.
- Proven expertise in accounting processes (GL, AR/AP, financial reporting) and inventory management.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify API and e-commerce integrations.
- Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs and NetSuite customizations.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Asana.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement custom NetSuite solutions using SuiteScript 2.x for workflows and integrations.
- Optimize NetSuite configurations for accounting, inventory management, and order processing.
- Plan and execute engineering projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Enforce Git version control, code reviews, and testing best practices.
- Partner with finance and operations teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Communicate project status, risks, and strategies to senior leadership.
