Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer or similar Salesforce role.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows.
- Experience developing with Apex.
- Basic to intermediate experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience supporting Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and user management.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST APIs, HTTP callouts, Named Credentials, and OAuth authentication.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support the Salesforce platform, ensuring its reliability, security, and performance.
- Meet with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative and programmatic capabilities.
- Configure Salesforce including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing.
- Build and maintain automation using Salesforce Flow.
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and basic Lightning Web Components (LWC) where required.
- Support and enhance Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions.
- Ensure data quality through regular audits and clean-up activities.
- Provide user support, training, and guidance on Salesforce best practices.
- Support Salesforce releases, deployments, testing, and change management activities.
