Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, or product/business operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex signals into clear recommendations.
- Willingness to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours for engineering coordination.
- Structured problem-solving ability to break down ambiguous problems into hypotheses.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys and identify friction points.
- Monitor and synthesize user feedback from reviews, support tickets, and research to drive actionable insights.
- Drive bug triage and resolution with engineering teams.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, including landing pages and compliance-driven features.
- Contribute to A/B testing and experiment design.
- Partner with Design and Engineering to ship experiences balancing speed, clarity, and trust.
- Translate ambiguous customer problems into clear hypotheses and requirements.
