Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a client-facing or analytical role.
- Management consulting background strongly preferred.
- 3+ years of healthcare experience, specifically working with health plans.
- Strong project management experience capable of managing competing priorities.
- Entrepreneurial, adaptive, and pragmatic mindset.
- Executive-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to distill complex healthcare concepts into simple, compelling messaging.
- Bonus: Experience managing client relationships.
- Bonus: Experience selling into health plans.
- Bonus: Experience working at a technology-enabled services high-growth company or with value-based care models.
Responsibilities
- Drive deal strategy with data-driven insights on pipeline effectiveness and conduct strategic research on health plan priorities and policy changes.
- Source, track, and nurture a robust pipeline of health plan opportunities, focusing on large national payers.
- Architect and develop high-stakes presentation materials for strategic partnership opportunities.
- Advocate for prospect needs internally and lead strategic cross-functional projects critical to growth.
- Develop pricing models and collaborate with legal and compliance teams to advance contracting processes.
