Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and your own network.
- Identify candidates who match our job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening and qualification.
- Submit suitable candidates to our hiring team.
- Coordinate with our team throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up with candidates until the hiring process is completed.
- Build a pipeline of candidates for recurring positions.
