Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or business-related disciplines or commensurate experience.
- B2B Sales experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in cold calling / lead generation for IT staffing and professional services.
- Proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to research potential clients and tailor outreach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Primary internet connection (min 15 Mbps) and backup connection (min 10 Mbps).
- Hardware: Intel Core i5 (8th gen+) or equivalent, minimum 8GB RAM, plus functional backup device.
- Peripheral equipment: Webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, and smartphone.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Identify key decision-makers and develop strategies to engage them effectively.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team to convert them into clients.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and results in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with campaigns and initiatives.
- Continuously learn about our products and services to confidently convey their value to prospects.
