Requirements
- Sales or Business Development Experience: Required.
- Lead Generation & Prospect Research Experience: Required.
- Cold/Warm Outreach Experience: Required (Email, phone, LinkedIn, WhatsApp).
- Follow-Up & Pipeline Tracking Experience: Required.
- Administrative Support Experience: Required (Calendar coordination, data entry, reporting).
- Technology Experience: Required (Comfortable using CRM, trackers, and Google Workspace).
- Must speak and write English clearly and professionally.
- Reliable laptop or desktop computer with high-speed internet (min 25 Mbps).
- Noise-canceling headset and working webcam for virtual meetings.
- Must be able to provide an NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads, referral partners, clinics, providers, wellness professionals, and business partners.
- Conduct cold and warm outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or other approved channels.
- Follow up with leads and prospects consistently to move conversations forward.
- Support partnership outreach and relationship-building with healthcare, wellness, and women’s health contacts.
- Maintain organized lead lists, outreach trackers, and pipeline updates.
- Track lead status, next steps, pending responses, and follow-up dates.
- Schedule meetings, send reminders, and coordinate next steps after outreach or partnership conversations.
- Assist with contract execution, document coordination, signature follow-ups, and file organization.
- Track expenses, receipts, and basic business costs using Google Sheets or similar tools.
