Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in IT support, workplace technology, or digital operations, ideally in a remote/distributed organization.
- Practical knowledge of IT fundamentals: MDM, identity and access management, SaaS administration, and workplace technology.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered automation and agentic workflows (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Make.com, Zapier, n8n).
- Proven ability to build and deploy active, business-facing AI automations.
- Strong process-mapping and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter mindset capable of balancing immediate IT troubleshooting with long-term automation planning.
- Strong written communication skills and a documentation-first approach.
- Experience collaborating with People/HR and Technology/Engineering stakeholders.
- English fluency required; French proficiency is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end IT provisioning for new hires, including hardware ordering, device management, account creation, software access, and remote onboarding.
- Provide day-to-day technical support for employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, provisioning, and deprovisioning across core workplace platforms.
- Maintain accurate inventories of hardware, software licenses, SaaS subscriptions, and workplace technology assets.
- Develop and improve IT onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Identify repetitive, low-value workflows across business functions that could benefit from AI or automation.
- Design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered automations, agentic workflows, and integrations using tools like Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or similar.
- Collaborate with technology leadership on IT governance, security, and AI tooling.
