Digital Workplace & Automation Specialist

Manage end-to-end device and account provisioning for new hires, including hardware ordering and MDM enrollment.
Provide day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues for staff.
Oversee user access provisioning and deprovisioning across systems like Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.
Maintain inventory of company hardware, software licenses, and SaaS subscriptions.
Design and build agentic workflows and integrations using tools like Make.com, Zapier, or AI platforms to eliminate repetitive tasks.
Partner with stakeholders to map manual workflows and document automated solutions.
Collaborate with the CTO on IT governance, security, and tooling decisions.
