Requirements

  • Demonstrated technical range across IT support, workplace technology, or digital operations.
  • Working knowledge of IT fundamentals including MDM, access/identity management, and SaaS administration.
  • Solid expertise in agentic AI workflows and tools such as Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience building and shipping AI-powered automations that solved real business problems.
  • Strong process-mapping instinct to convert manual workflows into automated ones.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write clear documentation.
  • Documentation-first mindset to manage organizational knowledge.
  • Comfort working as the sole owner of a function.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with People/HR and Technology/Engineering stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end device and account provisioning for new hires, including hardware ordering and MDM enrollment.
  • Provide day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues for staff.
  • Oversee user access provisioning and deprovisioning across systems like Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.
  • Maintain inventory of company hardware, software licenses, and SaaS subscriptions.
  • Design and build agentic workflows and integrations using tools like Make.com, Zapier, or AI platforms to eliminate repetitive tasks.
  • Partner with stakeholders to map manual workflows and document automated solutions.
  • Collaborate with the CTO on IT governance, security, and tooling decisions.
