Requirements
- Demonstrated technical range across IT support, workplace technology, or digital operations.
- Working knowledge of IT fundamentals, including device management (MDM) and access/identity management.
- Solid expertise in agentic AI workflows and tools such as Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, or similar.
- Proven experience building and shipping AI-powered automations or agentic workflows that solve real business problems.
- Proficiency with automation platforms like Make.com, Zapier, or n8n.
- Strong process-mapping skills to translate manual workflows into automated ones.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create clear technical documentation.
- Documentation-first mindset with experience working cross-functionally.
- Ability to work independently as a solo function owner.
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end device and account provisioning for new hires, including hardware ordering and MDM enrollment.
- Provide day-to-day IT support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues for non-clinical staff.
- Oversee user access management across core systems like Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.
- Design, build, and deploy agentic AI workflows and integrations to automate repetitive tasks across Operations, G&A, and Sales & Marketing.
- Maintain accurate inventory of hardware, software licenses, and SaaS subscriptions.
- Partner with CTO on IT governance, security baselines, and tool/vendor management.
- Track and report on the ROI and impact of implemented automations.
