Job Details

Proven technical range across IT support, workplace technology, or digital operations.
Working knowledge of IT fundamentals including MDM, identity management, and SaaS administration.
Solid expertise in agentic AI workflows and tools such as Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, or similar.
Demonstrated experience building and shipping AI-powered automations or agentic workflows to solve real business problems.
Experience with automation platforms such as Make.com, Zapier, or n8n.
Strong process-mapping skills to translate manual workflows into automated solutions.
Excellent written communication skills with experience documenting technical processes for non-technical audiences.
Ability to work autonomously as the sole owner of a function.
Experience working cross-functionally with People/HR and Engineering stakeholders.
English fluency.

Manage end-to-end device and account provisioning for new hires, including hardware and software access.
Own day-to-day IT support, hardware troubleshooting, and ticket resolution for non-clinical staff.
Administer user access across Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and HRIS systems.
Maintain inventory of company hardware, software licenses, and SaaS subscriptions.
Define and improve onboarding/offboarding IT checklists for remote employees.
Design and deploy AI-powered agentic workflows and integrations to automate repetitive tasks across non-clinical teams.
Partner with process owners to map manual workflows and build automated solutions.
Track and report on automation impact to demonstrate ROI and prioritize future process improvements.
