Job Details

Proven track record managing distribution networks and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) in major markets.
Demonstrated experience developing market growth strategies within the beverage industry.
Strong understanding of retail execution, route-to-market strategy, and channel development.
Proven people leadership experience, including coaching and performance management.
Experience using syndicated data and reporting platforms to monitor performance.
Competency in annual business planning, budget oversight, and commercial investment decisions.
Strong analytical capabilities for establishing KPIs, scorecards, and performance metrics.
Excellent cross-functional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills for all levels of the organization.
Ability to travel up to 40% for market visits and meetings.
Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 30 pounds.

Own the national distribution strategy and lead the expansion, development, and performance of the DSD network.
Manage distributor implementations from contract signing through setup, education, and performance management.
Establish volume, distribution, and market execution goals by channel and region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributor stakeholders, including national natural-channel distributors like UNFI and KeHE.
Develop and execute annual distribution business plans, including volume targets and strategic initiatives.
Oversee and mentor a team of regional distribution managers to drive commercial objectives.
Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to resolve operational challenges and accelerate execution.
