Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an IT support role.
- Deep, hands-on experience with Apple hardware and macOS administration.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Google Workspace, Kandji, Slack, Atlassian, and 1Password.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach to resolving technical issues.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Customer-first mindset with experience supporting internal stakeholders.
- Experience with scripting, automation, or the GAM command-line utility is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Resolve IT requests regarding access, security, and hardware for a distributed team of 500+ employees.
- Orchestrate an exceptional onboarding and offboarding experience in partnership with People Operations and hiring managers.
- Administer internal platforms including Google Workspace, Kandji, Slack, Atlassian, and 1Password.
- Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and IT teams to maintain corporate security and operational efficiency.
- Implement support models and security guidelines while documenting internal processes.
- Partner with hardware vendors to manage domestic and international equipment procurement and delivery.
