Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Business Operations, Chief of Staff, Finance Operations, or Fund Operations roles.
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
- C2 / Near-native English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflow automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make).
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information and work directly with executive leadership.
- Experience in investment management, private equity, or fund administration is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with financial reporting, KYC/AML, and investor onboarding is a plus.
- Proficiency with modern business tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and HubSpot.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily business operations and manage cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams.
- Oversee recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, and employee onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Manage investor communications, board meeting logistics, and executive travel requirements.
- Perform financial administration duties including expense management, payroll coordination, and invoice processing.
- Assist with fund operations such as investor onboarding, capital calls, distributions, and NAV review.
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows and automations to optimize business processes.
- Maintain CRM systems and support outbound sales and marketing initiatives.
