Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in project management, traffic management, or production coordination in a creative, marketing, or content production environment.
- Demonstrable experience managing pitch processes end-to-end in an agency or in-house studio environment.
- Experience managing project-level production budgets, including estimation, negotiation, and reconciliation.
- Proficiency with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, or Smartsheet.
- Fluency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with senior leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent pitches and balance big-picture planning with granular execution.
- Advanced use of generative AI tools and experience designing AI-assisted workflows.
- Agentic thinking: systematic approach to breaking down multi-step projects.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Experience guiding or mentoring junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management of pitches across new business, client-facing, and cross-market opportunities.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource schedules to keep workstreams on track.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, production, and senior leadership.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers; escalate and propose solutions.
- Manage project-level budgets, including cost estimation, purchase orders, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with client teams across markets, managing time zones and team structures.
- Apply generative AI tools and agentic thinking to streamline pitch workflows and documentation.
- Maintain and improve pitch management tools, templates, and workflows.
