Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
- Proven ability to build, optimize, and scale profitable PPC campaigns.
- Experience auditing and providing quality assurance for Google Ads accounts.
- Previous leadership experience managing or mentoring client-facing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to improve team performance and processes.
- Strong client communication and escalation-management skills.
- Experience building repeatable processes, SOPs, and QA systems.
- Strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills.
- Experience with home services businesses (e.g., HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing) is highly preferred.
- Experience with local lead generation and Local Services Ads (LSA) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage a reduced portfolio of high-value Google Ads/PPC accounts.
- Lead a pod of up to 7 Google Ads Account Managers, including 1:1s and coaching.
- Review campaign strategy, client calls, and provide quality assurance for team deliverables.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex client, payment, and technical issues.
- Audit, document, and improve internal SOPs and quality standards.
- Track and report pod-level performance metrics to senior leadership.
