Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in international benefits.
- Deep knowledge of EMEA markets including the UK and EU regulatory environments.
- Proven experience with benefits procurement, renewals, and plan design in a multi-country environment.
- Track record of supporting or leading benefits launches in new markets.
- Strong experience managing broker and carrier relationships, including RFPs and contract negotiations.
- Ability to analyze enrollment, utilization, and cost data to provide actionable recommendations.
- Project management experience with the ability to define cadences and coordinate across stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures.
- Proactive and self-directed work style.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full benefits lifecycle for EMEA markets, covering procurement, renewals, plan design, and vendor/broker relationships.
- Partner with Legal, Payroll, Product, and CX teams to launch benefits in new EMEA markets.
- Negotiate terms and evaluate plan options with local brokers and carriers to ensure competitive value.
- Track and analyze benefits enrollment, utilization, and cost data to inform plan design and strategy.
- Develop and refine the operational 'operating system' for managing international benefits at scale.
- Serve as the benefits subject matter expert in cross-functional international expansion planning.
