Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in load flexibility, demand response, DERs, VPPs, or EV managed charging.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent organizational, scheduling, and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical information.
- Proven ability to interpret data and develop implementation plans.
- Experience presenting to senior leaders and in public settings.
- Strong understanding of flexible load solutions including smart thermostats, solar, and home batteries preferred.
- Experience in CCA or utility program implementation preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the administration of load flexibility program enrollment processes, oversee project invoicing, and coordinate reporting.
- Manage program tracking systems and metrics to ensure compliance and timely goal achievement.
- Develop and refine operational processes while analyzing stakeholder and customer feedback to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate program activities across internal teams and external partners to facilitate implementation.
- Prepare and present program updates, budget summaries, and design recommendations to leadership.
- Oversee the development of reports, dashboards, and analyses to provide operational insights.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support customer recruitment and participation initiatives.
