Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in a related field, or have a project management certification that may be considered in lieu of the degree where applicable.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of related project management experience.
  • Hold an active Secret clearance.
  • Demonstrate experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders, teams, and deliverables.
  • Have experience working in a customer-facing environment and managing contractual requirements.
  • Bring strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Be able to manage competing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • PMP certification is preferred; FAC/PPM or equivalent project management certification may be considered in lieu of the degree where applicable.
  • Experience supporting federal government contracts is preferred.
  • Experience managing subcontractors or vendors is preferred.
  • Experience overseeing technical and administrative teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day project activities and oversee successful execution and delivery.
  • Oversee technical, contractual, administrative, and financial aspects of assigned projects.
  • Supervise project personnel, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance and task completion.
  • Communicate with customers and stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Coordinate with end users, technical teams, client services, and other project stakeholders.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, schedules, and contractual requirements.
  • Integrate vendor activities and monitor, track, and review vendor deliverables.
  • Identify project risks, issues, and challenges and recommend solutions.
  • Monitor schedules, milestones, deliverables, and overall project performance.
  • Prepare and review project status reports and other required documentation.
