Requirements
- Previous experience in digital marketing production, content production, video editing, social media, or Virtual Assistance.
- Excellent written English.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn tools such as Canva, Descript, OpusClip, ChatGPT, Claude, and ClickUp.
- Ability to work consistently across multiple clients and content libraries.
- Experience following detailed SOPs, checklists, and established production workflows.
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with AI-enabled technology environments.
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated computer.
- Availability for a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role.
- Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues.
Responsibilities
- Prepare long-form podcast and YouTube content by editing recordings in Descript and correcting AI-generated transcripts.
- Produce short-form content by selecting and refining AI-generated clips using tools like OpusClip.
- Create and batch recurring graphics using approved Canva templates and brand guidelines.
- Schedule content across social media platforms and update Google Business Profile listings.
- Maintain organized file structures in Google Drive and update task statuses accurately in ClickUp.
- Perform quality control on all AI-generated outputs to identify formatting, branding, and transcription errors.
- Proactively identify and escalate blockers to the founder to ensure production deadlines are met.
