Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years supporting ITSM processes.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and discovery tools.
- 3+ years designing and implementing integrations with third-party tools.
- 3+ years working with web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, XML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) (Preferred).
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) (Preferred).
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) (Preferred).
- Professional certifications such as ITIL, COBIT, Six Sigma, or PMP (Preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of the ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business needs.
- Define and enforce platform governance, including release management and security protocols.
- Provide architectural solutions for integrating third-party tools into the corporate ServiceNow instance.
- Design, document, and maintain the information architecture for the ServiceNow platform.
- Lead the modeling and structuring of data within ServiceNow applications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SAM, HAM, SecOps, VR, GRC, CSM).
- Partner with platform engineers, product owners, and developers to define data flows, integrations, and taxonomies.
- Develop and deliver SLA/KPI reports related to services and platform performance.
