Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience with a degree, or 10+ years without a degree.
- 10 to 12 years of total ServiceNow experience.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of ServiceNow architect-level experience.
- Strong familiarity with the ServiceNow Suite (ITSM, SPM, FSM, ITOM, IRM, EA).
- Familiarity with platform-wide analytics, AI, reporting, and Virtual Agent.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrable ability to work independently with a focus on best-practice architectural design.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with system/software engineering lifecycle principles.
- Experience with large datasets and data modeling.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Enterprise Architecture (EA) activities to guide infrastructure and domain solutions development.
- Develop target-state guidance, standards, and configurations for enterprise technical infrastructure.
- Facilitate and make technical decisions to enable business strategy and outcomes.
- Manage large projects or processes with minimal oversight.
- Coach, review, and delegate work to lower-level professionals.
- Perform data analysis and modeling for management decision-making.
