Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 10+ years of IT experience including security architecture and IAM, or 14+ years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on expertise in SSO, MFA, authentication, authorization, federation, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and privileged access management.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Entra ID Governance, and SailPoint.
- Advanced knowledge of RBAC/ABAC, access certification, and identity lifecycle automation.
- Strong understanding of PCI DSS v4.0.1, SOC 2, and enterprise security standards.
- Experience securing SaaS and ITSM platforms, specifically ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of AI principles in cybersecurity, including identity analytics and threat detection.
- Proven experience leading architecture initiatives and driving organizational change.
- Strong understanding of network architecture, cloud security, and enterprise infrastructure.
- CISSP, CISM, SailPoint certifications, or Microsoft SC-300 are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the future-state security and IAM architecture covering authentication, authorization, federation, access governance, and identity lifecycle management.
- Lead the consolidation of fragmented identity platforms, including Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and native ServiceNow authentication.
- Architect the migration from SailPoint to Microsoft Entra ID Governance and establish RBAC, access tiers, and lifecycle processes.
- Ensure security and identity architectures align with PCI DSS v4.0.1, SOC 2, and enterprise hardening standards.
- Establish IAM and security governance frameworks, including decision rights and control mappings.
- Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and product leaders to ensure IAM designs align with target-state architecture.
- Evaluate identity and security technologies through benchmarking, POCs, and risk assessments.
- Develop security monitoring, threat detection, and identity analytics capabilities.
