Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in enterprise monitoring, observability, or APM engineering, including architecture and integration work.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or another related technical discipline.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and third-party partners through complex architecture implementations.
- Extensive cross-industry experience delivering complex solutions and technical problem solving.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience briefing senior leadership on solution design and project outcomes.
- Experience developing proposal and bid strategies for large-scale, enterprise-level engagements.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Splunk, AppDynamics, DataDog, or the Elastic Stack.
- Experience integrating monitoring solutions with ServiceNow and CMDB.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical strategy and solution design for monitoring platforms and integrations (e.g., Splunk, AppDynamics, DataDog, ElkStack, or equivalent).
- Define implementation patterns for telemetry ingestion, alerting, dashboarding, and ITSM integration with ServiceNow and CMDB.
- Produce architecture artifacts and technical standards for systems-wide practice solutions.
- Provide technical leadership for a segment of large projects, applying best practice models and methods.
- Lead team members, third parties, and technology counterparts in the implementation of architecture solutions.
- Conduct customer system-wide technical needs analysis and research existing systems infrastructure.
- Assist in the development of proposal and bid strategies for enterprise-level engagements.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and present results to senior management.
