Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B events or field marketing, ideally in SaaS or AI/technical products.
- Proven track record of events driving measurable pipeline, influencing deals, and accelerating revenue outcomes.
- Experience executing executive-level, highly curated events rather than primarily large-scale trade shows.
- Strong understanding of account-based marketing and enterprise sales cycles.
- Ability to translate technical or AI-driven products into compelling event narratives for senior audiences.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and senior leadership.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to build and scale programs from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Own Kalepa’s global events strategy and calendar, aligned to GTM priorities, target accounts, and pipeline goals.
- Design and execute highly curated, executive-level events including dinners, roundtables, conferences, and customer advisory boards.
- Build repeatable event playbooks that drive consistent pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Drive measurable business outcomes, including pipeline created, influenced, and revenue sourced, as well as impact on deal progression and velocity.
- Partner closely with Sales on account selection, invite strategy, and multi-threading within target accounts.
- Own pre- and post-event workflows, ensuring strong engagement before events and structured follow-up that converts to pipeline and revenue.
- Coordinate speaking opportunities, award nominations, and conference submissions for executives and product leaders.
- Launch and scale Kalepa’s webinar program as a complementary, top-of-funnel channel.
- Manage multiple events simultaneously with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
