Job Details

7-10+ years of experience in a senior Alliance, Channel or Partner role in a recurring revenue business model.
Strong technical fluency with APIs, search/AI architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
Familiarity with the landscape of agentic AI and systems integrator accelerator programs.
Experience working with cloud partners (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) or major German-market systems integrators.
Business-side understanding of SaaS software, search/AI, headless commerce, and API-first architectures.
Fluency in German (spoken and written) and English.
Proficiency in Salesforce.com for opportunity and sales cycle management.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills for influencing technical and business stakeholders.
Proven history of developing and nurturing long-term partner and industry relationships.
Track record of driving joint co-selling and co-marketing activities.

Develop and execute Algolia's partner strategy across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Build and manage a portfolio of consulting, systems integration, technology, and cloud partners.
Recruit and onboard new partners with a focus on agentic and AI-driven solutions.
Champion and shape joint agentic solutions that combine Algolia with partner technologies.
Enable partners on product and technical capabilities to support selling and delivery.
Coordinate GTM strategy, including joint marketing, co-selling, and technical enablement.
Own deal registration, pursuit prioritization, and account mapping.
Collaborate across internal sales, engineering, product, and enablement teams.
