Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration, platform support, or enterprise IT operations.
- Proficiency in administering cloud/SaaS platforms in an enterprise environment.
- Technical expertise in document management, systems administration, and database administration.
- Knowledge of OS-level functionality.
- Stable high-speed internet connection (25 MBPS or higher) with backup.
- Own PC/laptop (8GB RAM, Core i5/Ryzen 3/equivalent, Windows 10/Catalina 10.15+).
- Noise-canceling headset and 720p+ webcam.
- Designated, quiet, and distraction-free workspace.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support enterprise AI platforms including Copilot, Claude, and Azure-hosted AI.
- Manage API connectors and automation tools for secure data access while maintaining confidentiality.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding platform updates, troubleshooting, and feature enablement.
- Maintain technical documentation covering configuration, access procedures, and standards.
- Monitor AI platform usage, performance, and costs for reporting and departmental allocation.
- Manage role-based access control and audit logging in coordination with Security and Risk teams.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support and incident troubleshooting for AI solutions.
- Execute updates, patches, and version upgrades for AI systems.
