Requirements
- Hands-on experience with databases, OLAP, or distributed systems (ClickHouse, SQL engines, or cloud-native SaaS).
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience reading code and working with data pipelines like Kafka or Spark.
- Ability to debug cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Hands-on experience building, debugging, or evaluating LLM-powered products using Python or TypeScript.
- Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Vercel AI SDK.
- Knowledge of LLM observability/eval tooling, prompt workflows, model provider APIs, or OpenTelemetry-style tracing.
- Strong written communication skills for documentation, Slack, and long-form guides.
- Experience working in a global, remote-first team aligned to SLA coverage and on-call needs.
Responsibilities
- Support and guide ClickHouse and Langfuse users via cases, chat, Slack, community, and phone calls, delivering high-touch guidance within SLAs.
- Develop solutions for ClickHouse Cloud and open-source users shared via documentation, knowledge base, blogs, meetups, and training.
- Work closely with global Support, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Product Management teams to define user-required functionality.
- Assist with mentoring, training, and sharing knowledge with colleagues, users, and customers.
- Escalate bugs to product engineering and manage customer communication through resolution.
- Perform deep technical integration and implementation analysis within customer codebases.
- Build trusted relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners across the developer ecosystem.
