Requirements
- 7+ years as a Technical Program Manager in infrastructure deployment at a hyperscaler, GPU cloud provider, or AI infrastructure company.
- Deep working fluency with GPU and accelerator architecture, firmware lifecycle (BIOS/BMC), compute orchestration, SDN, and leaf-spine networking.
- Proven experience with direct hardware partner engagement and OEM certification/validation timelines.
- Active daily use of AI tools for program-level outcomes like dependency mapping and data analysis.
- Proven ability to define deployment engagement models from scratch and gain organizational alignment.
- Track record of driving cross-organizational alignment at the VP/SVP level.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level updates.
- Experience defining or redesigning commissioning gate frameworks for site deployments is a plus.
- Experience coaching or developing junior TPMs in technical depth and execution is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the infrastructure deployment for new capacity or site expansions end-to-end, including hardware vendor/OEM dependencies and architecture updates.
- Define and drive the entire deployment engagement model, from hardware vendor engagement through first customer cluster delivery.
- Lead Deployment Phase 0 activities, including defining firmware version targets and commissioning gate criteria.
- Manage compounding cross-hardware-generation dependencies to prevent resource conflicts across engineering teams.
- Govern cross-organizational dependencies and deliver data-driven executive updates.
- Coach junior TPMs on technical depth, risk identification, and communication.
- Drive the integration of AI tools for risk detection, dependency mapping, and program tracking.
