Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth technology or startup environments.
- Demonstrated success recruiting for technical roles including Software Engineers, Mobile Engineers, and Product Managers.
- Experience recruiting senior leadership and executive-level positions.
- Proven experience recruiting across U.S. and international markets for remote, globally distributed teams.
- Prior experience with rewarded-app or two-sided marketplace hiring.
- Hands-on expertise administering Greenhouse as an Applicant Tracking System.
- AI-native mindset with practical experience using AI for sourcing, research, and operational efficiency.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance for technical and non-technical roles.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs and develop effective search strategies.
- Build and optimize structured hiring processes including job descriptions, interview plans, and evaluation criteria.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and targeted outreach for global markets.
- Administer and optimize Greenhouse, including workflows, scorecards, reporting, and data integrity.
- Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency across the recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to reporting.
- Facilitate candidate calibration and interview feedback to drive informed hiring decisions.
