Requirements
- Technical experience with installation of networks, cameras, microphones, and touch panels.
- Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Basic understanding of IP Camera, network audio/video, and POE technologies.
- Understanding of TCP/IP layers, local area networking, and physical layer infrastructure.
- Knowledge of IP-based Ethernet networks, including layer 2, LAN, and WAN.
- Experience with low voltage data cabling.
- Proven team leadership skills in cross-functional environments.
- Strong critical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel domestically 80% of the time (Mon-Fri).
- Must reside within reasonable proximity to a major airport.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coordinate, and manage installations to ensure efficiency and speed.
- Ensure 3rd party installers and customers are informed through daily reports and stand-up meetings.
- Deploy hardware and software solutions for Interview Room systems.
- Advise customers on optimal hardware placement to improve workflows and ensure compliant data collection.
- Develop accurate installation diagrams and documentation.
- Engage with key technology decision-makers after the sale.
- Conduct training sessions for technical and non-technical staff.
