- Eagerness to learn the role of project management in an agency setting.
- Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally, including overnight stays.
Responsibilities
- Assist in basic project planning and execution of work.
- Schedule and attend internal meetings, take notes, and provide recaps.
- Monitor and advocate for the workflow process and team member roles.
- Lead online project routing and ensure quality assurance.
- Maintain the daily project hot sheet.
- Communicate across departments to meet deliverables and provide alternative solutions.
