Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.

- Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally including overnight stays.
- 0 to 2 years of work experience in project management or in a coordinator capacity preferred.
- Proactive and positive communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Eagerness to learn project management within an agency setting.
- High attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Assist in basic project planning and execution of work.
- Schedule and attend internal meetings including kickoff, review, and status meetings.
- Take notes and provide recaps and next steps to attendees.
- Advocate for the workflow process and monitor delivery dates.
- Review action orders to ensure clear and executable direction.
- Lead the online routing of projects while ensuring quality assurance.
- Maintain the daily hot sheet.
- Provide constant communication to meet client deliverables and project goals.
